    Came to use Wi-Fi... was told to just connect to the hotel (which wouldn't work). So the coffee was an overpriced pointless purchase. The mumbling/sassy response wasn't cool either. There were also other groups and couples here and all were very frustrated with their near hour wait for basic sandwiches. You could tell the workers didn't want to be here and we're unorganized. You think 3 people could handle making 12 orders in an hour? Also trying to navigate around these tables and chairs is impossible... too much seating. Oh and also overheard them telling some people to not come back. They were so defensive and couldn’t apologize for anything.

    Honestly this place use to be one of my favorites! They have dank food and pretty reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I loved going there to get their bagel sandwiches. But we noticed that recently for the past 5 times we’ve been there, 4 out of the 5 times they got our order wrong and didn’t put the extra toppings that we payed for on there. First couple times wasn’t a big deal, but it kept happening! It just sucks when you don’t get what you ask for. I feel part of it has to do with the fact that whoever is running the register likes to try and help everyone at once. Not a bad thing, but y’all are getting orders wrong because of it. It’s frustrating when the lady checking you out is talking to people behind you taking orders while also trying to run your card. Other times they get so confused hand us our food and we have to tell them we haven’t even paid yet. Also can Glenwood breakfast companies get something other than Bonfire coffee!?!?!? Awesome that we support local businesses but I really don’t understand why everyone’s so obsessed with that dirt water. It’s horrid.
